National Competitions

Congratulations to the following on success in the Area finals:

National Over 50 Triples: Tony Farrington, Bill Ross & Bill Jackson won the inter-area playoff against a team from Grattons(Crawley) 18-14 and now enter the last 16 at Northampton on Feb 15/16 to compete for the title of National Champions. We hope they continue their good form and bring the trophy home.

Winter League registration deadlines

Existing teams have priority for next year's schedule. To retain your place you must re-register during February. New teams may be applied for in March.

League changes next September

To meet the demand for more mixed leagues and to boost low numbers in the following leagues, the following changes will take place from commencement of the Winter League in September 2012:-

Monday 8:15 Mens Fours will convert to Open Triples.

Tuesday 6:15 Mens Fours will convert to Open Fours

Tuesday 8:15 Mixed Fours will convert to Open Fours

Wednesday 8:15 Mens Triples will convert to Open Triples

"Open" means teams of all men, all ladies or any mixture of men and ladies can be registered as a team.

 End of Winter Season

Last league week 19th - 23rd March 2012

 Competition finals will be played during the following week - the programme will be posted on the notice board shortly beforehand.
